Returns & refunds

Standard physical products: request a return within 21 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns should be in original condition; the customer pays return postage. No restocking fee. Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 business days after receipt; bank processing can take longer.

Custom/personalized products and supplied digital downloads: no change-of-mind returns. Remedies for defects, seller errors and other applicable rights remain available. Contact us before mailing a return.

Add personalized lettering to a replacement grill grate made from 304 stainless steel. Choose an 18.25-inch or 21.5-inch diameter to suit your existing cooking surface. Integrated handles provide a convenient grip when moving the grate while it is cool.

Product description

Select the diameter before ordering and measure your current grate to check fit. The source listing describes the 21.5-inch option for 22-inch Weber grills and the 18.25-inch option for compatible Green Egg grills. Confirm the dimensions of your particular model rather than relying on the brand name alone. These are compatibility references, not the product manufacturer.

Custom delivery: 10–14 business days total (7–10 production + 3–4 transit), once the order is complete and required design approval is provided. Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Assembly and fit
